Flat Rate Shipping
Take advantage of our Flat Rate shipping by shipping as much as you can for only $6.00! This flat rate shipping option is only available to orders being shipped to addresses in the U.S.A., U.S. Territories, FPO's, and APO's. Some items require an added shipping surcharge that will be added to the item total for oversized or overweight items.
Delivery Time
Most domestic deliveries are made within 5 to 15 business days, but please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery from your initial order date. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO's, and FPO's may take longer. Backordered orders will be held until they can be filled. International customers, please allow 15 to 30 business days for delivery. If the item is on backorder, your order will be held until it can be filled which is usually 1 to 3 weeks.
Domestic Express Shipments:
Orders delivered within the USA are offered US Express delivery as an option. This does not necessarily mean that orders will arrive within 1-2 days. It is only an option for quicker delivery after the order leaves our facility only. This option is only available for the 50 States.
International Express Shipments:
Orders delivered outside the USA are offered Express International delivery as an option for quicker delivery. Orders typically arrive 5-15 business days after shipment. No guarentees are implied with this option although orders placed with this option will recieve an EMS Tracking Number trackable on usps.com. International tracking numbers are guaranteed to be issued with this service only.
International Standard Shipments:
International Standard Shipments are shipped at the most economical method available. Orders typically arrive 15-25 business days after shipment. Tracking numbers are available with this option. International tracking numbers are available with most, but not all orders. If you really need a tracking number, use the Express option.
Tracking Numbers:
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses and orders that are shipped with the International Express option are issued tracking numbers that are trackable at usps.com. To see your tracking number, login and look at your order history. When your order ships, a tracking number will be listed. This information is also e-mailed to you at the time of mailing.
Customs Duties:
Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are sole responsibility of the customer. We are bound by law to accurately mark each customs declaration form with the retail value of each order.
PayPal.com Payments:
All PayPal.com payment and refund fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. PayPal eCheck payments must clear before your order is shipped. IMPORTANT: After submitting your order through the PayPal.com payment screen, please be sure that you click on the link "Click Here to Continue" to finalize your order. If this is not done, we will not recieve your order although payment will have been made. If this occurs, please contact us.
Order Status:
After placing your order, you will be able to follow your order through our system. Orders are classified the following way:
Pending - Your order has been successfully submitted and recieved. Awaiting to be processed.
Processing - Your order is being pulled from inventory. This is when your order is invoiced, prepared, packaged, weighed, and logged for shipping.
Shipped - Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you. Orders are shipped by US Mail or FedEX Ground, shipping times will vary.
Confirming Payment - If you paid by PayPal eCheck, your order will have this status until your payment clears with PayPal. As soon as it clears, your order status will be changed to Pending.
Closed/Refunded - Orders that cannot be filled may be cancelled and refunded. If this occurs, your order will fall into this classification. Records of Closed/Refunded orders are kept for 90 days only.
eCoupons:
eCoupons must be applied to your order during the checkout process and cannot be applied to your order after it has been submitted for processing. "Free Shipping" eCoupons are only eligible for the Regular shipping option unless otherwise noted. If Express shipping is chosen, the order will automtically be shipped using Regular service.
Returns and Exchanges:
Satisfaction is Guaranteed with Pacific Rim! Refunds and Exchanges are allowed for certain items. An RMA Code is mandatory for ALL exchanges and returns. If you have a question on what can/cannot be returned or exchanged, please read the following list. Returns must be made within 60 days of original purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee or refuse any returned products that are shipped back to us inproperly, products mispackaged and damaged in the return - products must be in resaleable condition when they arrive to us, or without a valid RMA Code. Since iloveracing.com deals in rare and limited items, some merchandise may sell out and may not be able to be exchanged or replaced. If this is the case, we will issue you a refund instead
Instructions for Returns:
Please write your order number and the RMA Code "WEB Return 8" on the shipping container that you are returning your order in. Use the handy return shipping label found on your invoice if supplied. Don't forget to pack your return carefully along with detailed instructions of what your request is, i.e., Refund, Exchange for item..., etc. Please also include your order number on the request as well. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns, credits, and exchanges to be processed. Returns received without instructions cannot be serviced.
Returnable and Non-returnable Items:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any items received from iloveracing.com, you may return any unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange. Exchanges for SAME ITEM ONLY for Videos, Magazines, Posters, CD's, DVD's, Calendars, Games, CDROM's, Books, Underwear, and Trading Cards. No Refunds will be given for Videos, Magazines, Posters, CD's, DVD's, Calendars, Games, CDROM's, Books, Underwear, and Trading Cards.
Refunds:
Refunds are given in the same form as payment. Allow credit card refunds 3-5 days to post to your account after your return is processed. PayPal refunds are instant after your return is processed. Shipping cannot be included in your refund if the return is not due to an error of our own. Shipping cannot be refunded even when a shipping discount had been applied. Any shipping discount will be applied against your total refund. |
